RETURNS POLICY
Before
returning any merchandise you should contact us to
obtain a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization
Number). Contact Number (714)667-0446
No merchandise would be
accepted without exhibiting a RMA# on the outside of the
returned package.
1. Products ordered online
by our Internet Clients will be accepted in return
for a full cash refund, excluding shipping charges,
for any of the following reasons:
a) The item is
defective. b) The item received is not the ordered
item. c) The item looks different or differs in
specifications from the item displayed in our web site.
2. If the ring you ordered does not fit your
finger size, you can return it in an even exchange for
another ring of the same style, specifying the correct
finger size that would fit you. Shipping charges will
apply for the new shipment. Custom Made rings, or rings
that have been engraved, would be subject to a 15%
charge when exchanging for another ring of a different
finger size.
3. Custom Made Orders will not be
accepted in return. Custom made orders are defined as
orders that are made following specific instructions of
the Customer, making the product different in any way as
how it is offered in this web site. Rings over Finger
Size 12 or under Finger Size 5 and Platinum and 18Kt
Gold Rings of any size are always considered as Custom
Made Order.
4. Rings that have been engraved in
the inside with an encryption will be accepted in return
for only 50% of their sale value. Returns will be
accepted from Goodheart Int'l USA only when Buyer has
notified Goodheart Int'l USA no later than three (3)
days after received of the goods and obtained a Returned
Merchandise Authorization Number. Buyer must take all
necessary precautions, once Goodheart Int'l USA
authorizes the return, to guarantee a prompt and safe
delivery of the goods being returned to Goodheart Int'l
USA. Goods must be returned in their original packaging,
and must not exhibit signs of being worn or mistreated.
Damaged products will not be accepted in return.
